LISA dillon

 

Lisa trained at RADA. She has previously been seen at the Almeida in When The Rain Stops Falling, Period of Adjustment and Hedda Gabler. Her other theatre credits include Richard Eyre's Private Lives at The Vaudeville; Under the Blue Sky (West End); The Hour we Knew Nothing of Each Other, Present Laughter (National Theatre); The Cherry Orchard (Sheffield Crucible); As You Like It (Sheffield Crucible/Stratford); Othello (RSC Stratford/Japan/West End); The Master Builder (West End) and Iphegenia (Sheffield Crucible). Lisa won the Ian Charleson Award in 2004 and the Critics’ Circle Most Promising Newcomer Award in 2003 for her roles in both The Master Builder and Iphegenia. Her film credits include Bright Young Things, whilst on television she has most recently been seen as Mary Smith in the BBC’s award-winning Cranford. Also for the BBC she has been seen in Hawking and Cambridge Spies. Lisa has played a vital role in the creative development of Sonnet 155 since it's inception.
